IMobie/Paddle is Amazing! Especially their "AnyTrans" software product If I could rate 10 stars, I would. Bottom line, it did not work and the support is virtually nonexistent unless they think they are not getting paid.ĪMAZING PRODUCT, CIRCUMVENTS CORRUPT SD CARD. I emailed back and said, don't bother, funny how once my CC company contacted you now I get some response. A day later after I was informed that the charge was reversed I got an email from customer support directing me somewhere to get help. Sensing I was being scammed I disputed the credit card charge (note of advice, always use a CC and not a debit card, its easier to get your money back). Guess what, since there was a trouble ticket out there it would not let me apply for a refund. I submitted a trouble ticket (no chat or phone support) after a while while time meant nothing I applied for a refund. Once I got the key I tried several times to copy over and it did not work. Initial claim was it was free.only until you get to messages etc. Got a new iPhone and thought this would be an easy way to copy over all of the data (contacts, pics, favorites, messages etc.). I also tried their refund request portal on their website but that also returned an error.My guess is they are out of business and to look else ware for software to fix or recover data from your device. their sign up and login would not work so I could not post. I tried to sign up on their forum to see if I could get a response that way. I sent it through their portal on their website. The Phoneresue software did not work for me.I opened a support ticket With Imobie and they responded a couple times then asked for a log file from the computer I was using.
